We are a Boxing Ontario registered boxing studio in Kingston’s West End where boxers of all levels can come to learn the sport and get in shape. We provide high level technical instruction from dedicated coaches in a safe and inclusive environment for all.

ON THIS DATE in 1992. Training out of Kingston, at the advanced age of 36, and after qualifying but being passed over for Seoul 1988, Mark Leduc talks about his chances in the Olympics in Barcelona.

"I want to go to Barcelona and enjoy the Olympics completely and not accept anything less than a medal. I want a medal...I know I can do it. I'm going to do it."

Let’s be honest — if you’re coming to a boxing gym expecting not to sweat, we have questions. It’s summer, it’s hot, and yes, West Side is going to feel it… but that’s no reason to skip the work.

We’ve got large fans being installed to help keep things moving, and in the meantime the game plan is simple: bring your water, stay hydrated, and keep showing up. See you in the heat. 🔥💪
