Who is this class for?
Beginner and members with less than 2 years of boxing experience and advanced boxers who wish to strengthen their basics.
What to Expect
Classes are broken down into 3 segments.
Strength & Conditioning
The class starts with boxing-based high intensity interval training (HIIT). We use a mixture of aerobic plyometrics, callisthenics, and Boxing techniques. It’s important to push yourself but move at your own pace.
Boxing Technique
During the second portion of the class, you will partner up and perform technical training, consisting of footwork, line drills and basic boxing techniques.
Drilling
We finish each class by putting our technique to work, hitting pads and heavy bags or no-contact/light contact sparring drills.
What to Bring

- Handwraps and gloves if you have them. We have loaner gloves if needed, and we sell them on-site
