Who is this class for?
This class is suitable for all levels. Those wishing to learn some boxing basics and get fit as well as boxers preparing for competition.
What to Expect
Class will begin with skipping and shadow boxing warm up where we’ll cover some boxing techniques such as stance, footwork and basic footwork. We’ll then move into an intense 30 minute boxing-based HIIT workout and finish with a cool down and stretch.
