How We Train Together
-
Show up ready to work, learn, and respect others.
-
Encourage your teammates—whether they’re hitting the bag for the first time or preparing for competition.
- Each One Teach One – if you notice a training partners needs help with something or you observe an area that could be improved and you are confident that you have the experience to correct them, please do so.
-
Communicate clearly and respectfully with training partners.
-
Take care of each other—sparring and drills are about skill-building, not hurting one another.
-
Keep the gym clean and equipment in good condition for everyone to use.
Our Promise
We promise to foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment where everyone feels safe to push their limits and grow—inside and outside the ring.
