Our kids’ boxing classes are all about fun, energy, and learning! Every session gives children the chance to burn off energy in a positive way while building focus, confidence, and teamwork.
Kids practice basic boxing skills through games, drills, and partner activities. They’ll learn timing, rhythm, and movement while working together as a group. As they grow more confident, they’ll even get the chance to lead by counting reps or showing techniques to their classmates.
Classes move quickly to keep kids engaged and excited. This not only helps them stay focused during training, but also supports skills they can carry into school and everyday life—like staying on task and working toward goals.
Partner drills and pad work give kids the opportunity to cooperate, encourage each other, and build friendships. By training together, they develop teamwork skills that go far beyond the gym.
WHAT TO BRING:
Indoor shoes, water bottle, handwraps and boxing gloves, if you have them (we have loaner gloves if needed, and we sell gloves and handwraps on site).
